City of Golden Boards and Commissions Application Form

The boards, commissions and committees listed below will have vacancies occurring in 2021. If you are interested in applying, please complete this application form.

The deadline to submit your application is 5 p.m. on Friday, March 12, 2021. Be sure to save the date for interviews, which are scheduled for City Council in the evening on Tuesday, April 13.

You may apply for up to three boards and commissions. Please indicate below which boards and commissions you would be interested in serving on, and your order of preference.

Conflict of Interest is defined as the participation in any board/commission activity, recommended action, or decision from which the individual has or could have the potential to receive personal gain, whether direct or indirect. In accordance with this definition, do you have any legal or equitable interest in any business, however organized, which could be construed as a conflict of interest with any potential board/commission activity, recommended action or decision?

You may upload a short resume, but it is not required.

*Please note, there is a limit of serving two terms per board, commission or committee. Most of the boards and commissions require you to be a resident of the City of Golden. DDA requires residence, a business lease, or ownership of real property in the DDA District (see DDA Area Map)
